Bolen Report takes aim and misses

Mr. Bolen will continue his bloody lies until one day he will face the consequences. Mr. Bolen pretends that he was never in any conspiracy to defame me. Unfortunately, this has never been proven in any court because Bolen has never taken an oath in front of a judge. But his depositions in our case and in others along the way are so full of holes that one can only imagine what goes on inside his head.

A deposition of Mr. Bolen in the Cavitat case showed that he is living outside the law on Federal land in California, has admitted misstating his business information with regard to tax authorities, and admits he has been making false statements about Dr. Barrett and Dr. Baratz for many years. He had claimed multiple violations of the law by both of them, and when asked under oath to give one example, he could not.

This document includes the following testimony:

• Bolen resides in and operates his JuriMed business from a house he leases in the Cleveland National Forest.
• He moved there seven or eight years previously after losing his home in a foreclosure sale.
• He routinely deducts personal expenses as business expenses.
• He could not remember which income tax returns he had filed during the previous five years.

Bolen has vocally supported some major losers over the years. Almost all of the healthcare professionals that he sided with are no longer able to practice their profession with impunity. Some have had their licenses stripped by their State regulators. One of the companies that he has championed, Cavitat, has declared bankruptcy (and he was a shareholder in that one).

Appeal for help by Terry Polevoy - a victim of cyberstalking.

I was recently threatened again via e-mail and through posts on the internet 
by Tim Bolen who lives in the San Juan Capistrano area of California. And 
again some of these posts were repeated on Usenet. These personal assaults 
were reported officially where they should be, to the individual ISPs, the 
e-mail services and to the police.

Those of us who have been victimized by cyberstalking bullies who represent 
the natural health movement and cancer quacks should not feel alone.

If you have been personally victimized or targeted by these folks contact me

Since the natural health people and cancer quacks use this group to monitor 
for anything that I say, please contact me privately if you feel you need to 
share your thoughts without being made a target, too.

On the other hand, it may be useful to make your thoughts public, and give 
examples of how you have been victimized.

The defamation and libel lawsuit against Ilena Rosenthal in California has 
reached their Supreme Court. I don't know when it will be heard. The 
defamation lawsuit against Tim Bolen (Patrick Timothy Bolen), Jan Bolen, 
Hulda Clark, some of her family, and their friends and others is still 
active.

Each and every personal attack made against me by those who are presently 
being sued has been recorded and will most certainly be useful in any 
amendments to the original lawsuit. So, keep your eyes opened and if you feel 
that you can contribute to the effort to sustain the drive to protect our 
privacy, our reputation, and our lives please let me know.

Recent posts and private communications have included statements made by Tim 
Bolen that are not true. They are out and out lies. These vicious lies have 
been communicated to Canadian Trueman Tuck via e-mail. They have been 
reposted on Usenet again by someone who is anonymous.

Owen Fonorow posted my picture on the BolenReport.com web site for a day or 
so and it linked to the article authored by Bolen. The link is still there, 
but my picture is not on his web site.

Bolen claims to have 285,000 subscribers to his Quackpotwatch.com newsletter 
to Health Freedom Fighters, etc. Those claims, if true, could be very 
damaging to his case when it comes time to sit down with the judge, or jury. 
I believe that Bolen has had difficulties with several ISPs, and now seems 
to have established several different IP locations that may have hosted his 
enterprises. We still don't know actually where he is physically located, or 
where his computers are actually operating from.

His former deposition is obviously now seriously out of date because of this 
cruel and vicious attack on me personally. We have a long way to go to 
establish the actual facts in the case as they involve Bolen's recent 
activities. 

Ilena Rosenthal has remained active in her direct attacks against me. 
She has published tens of thousands of posts on Usenet over the 
last few years.

It may be useful to contact members of the press in your area with a view to 
cover the story. The impact of government intervention and legal actions in 
Mexico, Canada and the U.S. to stop cancer quackery has not stopped those 
who support the Hulda Clarks of the world from continuing their activities. 
If we sit back and just take the abuse without fighting publicly about it, 
this struggle will drag on for years.

If there are cyberstalking laws in effect in Canada and the U.S. they 
certainly are not protecting those of us who are the victims. We are way 
behind in North America to defend the rights of individuals who are the 
intended targets of these cybercriminals. They may not be stealing money, or 
phishing for a living, but their intent is to ruin lives at no cost to 
themselves.

The losers in all of this will be those dark forces who claim to have the 
cure for all diseases inside a small box worth just a few dollars, or in 
herbs or potions that do nothing at all.

We need effective cyberstalking laws that are enforceable and effective. The 
freedom of the press, or the internet is not the issue here. The rights to 
speak out against the goons and bullies who lie and distort reality to their 
own ends overweighs the right of those who intend to destroy the truth.
