First of all, it is not legal to ship or sell EMPOWERPLUS from Canada. It has to be obtained from the U.S., but you have to speak with their phoneshop in Alberta, Canada. The people who you speak to could actually be former psychiatric patients, or possibly sales associates. They are trained to answer questions and provide answers. The chances that these people have professional training is slim to none. Their goal is to make sure that whatever questions you ask, you are told that EMPOWERPLUS will help.
